    Seller is an incredible asset to ebay! Had shipping delays from Canada, the item appeared to be lost after 2+ weeks. Seller offered a refund, I declined and decided to wait more. It was 28 days after the item shipped, I wrote back asking for a refund, seller immediately refunded. That same day, I check my mailbox, and there was the package covered in Canadian stamps!!! I asked to pay for it, seller said "it's on me". I insisted, but they held ground. Simply Awesome!!! Item was perfect too!!!

    I HAD TO CONTACT HIM MORE THAN 5 TIMES to tell him he shipped me the wrong item. It was even marked on the outside of the package RIGHT LEVER when i had ordered LEFT LEVER BUT NO MATTER how i explained it to him he refused to understand and I still have a toilet with no working handle. I would happily ship this WRONG handle back to him if he would send me a shipping label to do so but I never get a reply. Too much aggravation attempting to get something I need!!!!
