Unfortunately, despite seller providing plenty of cushioning and double boxing, the statue received some damage during shipping. Seller has been very easy to communicate with and has been very good about working to submit a shipping claim (since he insured it too). Although the damage is disappointing, I do not believe that is the seller’s fault and would still rate this a positive experience overall.
