    Dissatisfied. When you buy a set of 6 and it's hand packed into a zip lock bag ... why wouldn't you test them before you ship? Bought pkg of 6 but only 5 worked. They said send them back for a full refund ( purchase was free shipping) or buy another set. Why would I pay to ship them back and lose that cost???? I will not purchase anymore from a big company with no thoughtful customer service.
