    I purchased 2 stainless steel door handles for a 15+ year old oven and warmer. The handles were packaged in a flat box with the ends taped. When I received it, small bubble wrap was sticking out on both sides and a handle. The handle ends were bent and scratched. I bought these from a company called "Scratch Free" for a reason. They processed my return, but it was disappointing to wait so long only to have them arrive damaged. You would think they would know how to properly wrap their items.

    You win Karen of the internet for the day! Seriously, people like you make the world a worse place to live. The handles were shipped to you in pristine condition and it was USPS that absolutely MANGLED the box. Not even if I wrapped it up tighter than a boy scouts egg drop would it have made it to you in good condition. So now you've decided to take your frustration on me as the seller who had nothing to do with this. I even gave you a full refund and you still left negative feedback. Get a life
