    Good product but wrong one sent. Seller gave a refund for the mixup. Seller responded quickly to messages. Logistics can be challenging at times, so I get it. Going to try my luck at Amazon or another online seller to get what I need. Wished I would have gotten what I needed from this seller but oh well. At least I'm getting a full refund.     I'm sharing a screenshot of the reply that I received from PARTSCOLLECT (not even the customer service rep agrees with the boss). They are basically holding my refund hostage unless I change my truthful negative feedback. If they think this post is about $14.99, they are mistaken. It's about my experience with some shady business practices with this company in order to help others. "Buyer, beware," I suggest you click on the next available company. Not waiting 7 days to post negative feedback
