  Hello, Ordered a pair of shoes, advertised as new, with packaging and in "Vintage Brown" color. Received them used, with no packaging in the "Light Brown" color. Fortunately they were the right size. Ebay's support in that cas was wonderful, the seller however gave no response after over 3 working days (+ a weekend).
