Patrifit called me to let me know of the issue, and promptly refunded the purchase price. I was bummed about not getting the shirt but overly impressed by the above and beyond communication and transparency. Will continue to buy from and support this excellent seller!

  Reasonably priced! Gorgeous bag! Seller shipped extremely fast! Only found one issue with stitching. Seller description was accurate and honest and they also mention possible defects...which I had to search for; they are not noticeable. Seller was very responsive when I reached out. I'm so in love with this bag. For this to be a factory 2nd...the quality is amazing and the condition is near perfect. I love filson. My only regret is the color, I wish it was otter green 💚.
