    Item is delicate and was not wrapped well. It was wrapped 2x in very thin bubble wrap and placed in a very thin flimsy box that was much too large for the item. I asked right away if there was insurance in the item with no answer. Extremely disappointed as I spent $60 for a $20 item that held much sentiment for our pups
