I was concerned about late arrival of my Cd but the item arrived next day (Aust Post problem) and I appreciated the seller taking time to respond to my query in a timely manner. I understand handling these situations regularly must be super frustrating, but I felt the response was rather curt and could have been a bit more empathetic.

  Item exactly as described and very well packaged. Fast post from east to west coast of Oz. Some very unfortunate damage in transit or during packaging which does not affect use of the item. Have asked seller if aware but no response as yet. Doesn’t affect rating of transaction; just one of those things that can happen with online shopping and when items travel through an extensive freight network thousands of kilometres.
