This was a graduation gift, and my relative is thrilled with these bunnies made to support her treasured books.     Seller is a drop-shipper and if your package is lost, you have no way to recover it. Tracking with WHAT company they use is not revealed and no way to follow up. Item is best bought through a direct company.... Item was fine, but had delivery problems that should have not been a problem. Created undue stress on me as a buyer. Inner Package was damaged on item (maybe drop-shipper got it cheaper because of that?) Item is awesome! Still worked fine.
