  I bought & paid for this mixer then received an email the next day stating "We do not ship to customers with less than a 10 feedback score." I didn't understand this since I had already paid for it. Ater going back & forth wtth e-mails, they finally agreed to send this to me. I receivedthe package & it was packaged nicely & in good condition. If you want good feedback, then maybe don't give paying custom a hard time about buying something otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.
