Packaging (2 very sturdy cardboard boxes & a few foam blocks) was a little concerning, but the PC made it here without damage, like new. A shipping delay and an inventory problem was disappointing, but PC-BUY was prompt and clear with their communication and gave us a discount to adjust for comparable parts. I definitely recommend this seller for their good communication and great value.

I have ordered a gaming PC, and when I received it, it was malfunctioning, and as an IT professional I know systems can malfunction. I contacted them, and they promptly responded and initiate refund and they gave me the option to send new one that I declined.

I refused. They shipped the computer the next week. In the end, I got the computer at the originally listed price. It had not been cleaned. It was properly packed. All advertised parts are there, and everything works. I will not do business with pc-buy again.
