    The product GPR-53 Compatible Toner Set X4 KYCC for IR C3320. But I got only one black toner. The seller knew full well that I was supposed to get "Toner Set X4 KYCC" but sent only one anyway. When I complained, I was told that the money I paid could not cover the cost of more than 1 toner. When I expressed my disgust, the scammer insisted it was an error on his part and that I must pay to have the order returned to get a refund. The cost of the shipping = refund value. So it is a 100% loss.

    Clarification Regarding Item Listing Error We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. We acknowledge the mistake in the product listing and have already reached out to explain the error. That said, the listed price $42.75 for "FOUR" GPR-53 Compatible Toners (Konica Minolta Bizhub IR C3320) was clearly incorrect. This pricing is unrealistic and does not align with market standards. It appears there was an attempt to exploit this error, which raises ethical concerns.

    I could not have asked for better! Very good price! Very good computer! Was wiped but still had the operating system intact as well as updates. Was really Blown Away by the packaging because it was put in a actual computer box and had the really good padding all around it. It was actually packaged much better than the one I recently bought from Best Buy and had shipped here. Seller went to great detail to protect the product and to provide a great product at a great price. Also arrived quickly.

    item arrived with all four menu buttons non-operable, and once you turn monitor on it doesn't turn off. Seller contacted several times but offered no solution since i stated box had no shipping damage. This was a bad deal!
