  I ordered this, and then we got a hurricane. The seller was kind enough to hold off sending it for as long as possible for me, so it wouldn't get delivered to an abandoned house (Thankfully, we had $40 worth of damage only) The HSF seems to be brand new, in an OEM package. I have not yet used the HSF, though I plan to replace the fan, and how badly can a hunk of metal be "bad" (unless the manufacturing process screwed up the one surface that matters, and QA failed to catch it, anyway) A+!
