PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Questions were answered super-quickly, and even my somewhat awkward delivery/shipping requirements (due to some personal travel ) were met without any issue. The laptop was so securely packaged I think it could have survived being dropped from a building,. The device itself is virtually spotless and just as described. Really happy with my new machine!

  This is the second laptop I've bought from this seller, both in excellent condition, arrived as described well packaged and safely. I was a little nervous of buying second hand electronics, but have saved a lot of money and will definitely buy from this seller again and am happy to recommend them.
