  Ian is a pc artist. I had all but given up on my Laptop and had read it its last rites thinking there was no chance to save it. My laptop was suffering multiple failures but when I sent it to Ian it was a Lazurus event. He fixed all the faults and now its the machine it should have been. The constant updates in communication was the best I have ever received from an eBay seller. He explained everything that was wrong and fixed it at a very good price. I can't recommend him enough.
