  Received the Roomba Essential in excellent condition only it wouldn’t charge. I contacted iRobot and they said the problem was the battery and sent me a new one which I received in 2 days and they also told me how to fix my old Roomba that had been running around in circles ( needed a new wheel). Now I have dueling roombas😀
