I felt like the product didn't ship with the safest precautions, which definitely affected the condition of the item. Thankfully, the second time around, the condition was much better, despite the reuse of the same packaging method. Very good seller, but could use better packaging technique and communication. Otherwise, the price was great, item was clean and like new, and works like new.
