  I wanted a jar of Folgers with a flip top lid. Seller had a picture of this and I ordered the product. When the coffee arrived without the flip top lid I complained to the seller and he explained that it was his fault he had an old picture on his site and did not realize it. He offered to give me a refund and I accepted. I appreciate a seller as honest and congenial as he was and he has been more than fair with me.
