  Unfortunately the machine was damaged during shipping, however I was able to more or less repair much of the damage, as for packaging it was as good as it can be considering the huge weight of the total machine good thing it came in 3 separate boxes!!! Not exactly as described since a bench is shown in the listing which caused confusion as to what would actually arrive. Thanks to the refund given I can still say this is great value for money, worth it more if a bench can actually be included!!!

  Item first was not what it was offered. It was listed a loft bed for an adult, however I received a loft bed or a little child, not high enough, pictures were misleading. Second a important peace to secure the bed to the wall was missing. Contacted the seller and only want to refund me 20% as the ship cost is high in for this item to return. I requested to send me the replacements and asked for another solution part for the high, zero respond. Item no recommended, you don't get what is offered
