  This company is terrible. Send me the item that was not on the picture. I request for a refund twice in the last two months and have not received a refund for the returns. I will now have to call eBay customer service.

  Item was new, color was correct, and interior was as described but outward appearance was not as portrayed (it has a picture display pocket for the front of the album, not a tree as depicted in photo). Item was also listed with 2-day shipping but arrived over a week after item was shipped. Still decent value for price paid and relatively good quality of item received, even if it wasn't the exact photo album I ordered.
