I ordered this bill July 10th. I realized by the 19th I hadn't seen any tracking movement or received the item. Messaged the seller, zero response to explain the situation. I had to just open a case to receive a refund. Had I gotten some sort of communication, it wouldn't have been a big deal. Will have to use someone else moving forward and wouldn't recommend due to lack of communication.
