  Despite being a repeat customer, another careless error has been made!!! Not sure what is causing all the mess-ups with my orders. I am very disappointed and so incredibly frustrated with all the errors that have been made. Yesterday, I literally cried when I saw that I only received (1) 40-count box of EKOCUPS Espresso Dark Roast K-cups, instead of (4) boxes as ordered for $99.96. I refuse to rate this transaction until I receive my full order…A timely, expedited resolution is expected.
