    Product exactly as described. Packaged wonderfully. Just took much longer then I usually have encountered with ebay sellers. Took 13 days to get to me. Wasn't the mail system's fault. It DID get here without me having to contact the seller, so it's fine. I just wasn't expecting that. Maybe I didn't read the dates listed in the shipping times carefully enough. No harm done, just unexpected.

    The seller was so great to work with—despite the SUPER bomber packaging, the topper came loose and spilled a bit (about 1/4). I contacted the seller and they responded within an hour. They were sympathetic (no hassle WHATSOEVER) and gave me two options: 1) return the item for a full refund or 2) keep the item and receive a 50% refund. I chose the partial refund, which happened within seconds of me letting them know my choice. I will definitely shop here again!!!
