  It was clear the item was packed with care and consideration. The condition was as described and priced well. Most importantly the seller was very kind, patient and understanding. The motherboard I had purchased did not fix the problem with my laptop which I thought it would. I have yet to confirm the issue, but after messaging the seller, I am sure it was my fault and mistake somewhere in the repair process.
