    I bought this litter box nearly 60 days ago thinking it was a life changer. About a week ago, the litter box suddenly stopped working. I have contacted customer support who have been no help and I have search every forum I can find. Other owners report having similar issues to mine, but none he reported finding solutions outside of returning the litter box if it's under warrenty. If I knew it would breakdown before 2 months had gone by I would've bought from another brand at full price.

    I have 2 cats and a need to provide separate water bowls and this set has worked perfectly. Very nice to look at while always on the floor. These bowls are well made and what you can’t see in the pictures is the bottom design. They are made to set upright, but if there is some need for a “pets in a hotel” type situation I would trust these bowls to work just as well upside-down to avoid spilling damage.
