  Listed as being a case but seller contacted to confirm that I was only purchasing one can. Who in the world would pay that price for a single can of cat food??? Seller requested for me to cancel the order but since there wasn’t an option for inaccurate information I declined so that it wouldn’t reflect negatively on me and advised the seller to cancel. They did but listed the reason why being I had changed my mind so it still looked bad on me!!! Got a refund but listing is still wrong. BEWARE!

  Seller offered this item as NEW. I received a USED bulb (see picture) that did not even work! It was packaged inside of a box to make it appear to be NEW. After complaining, the seller refunded my money. However, there was no response from the seller to any of my messages. Buyer beware! Seller is a scam artist!

  I have been using these collars ever since they came out. They take a reactive dog's edge off. Packaged well. The shipping time was delayed by the delivery service. NOT the seller's fault. Would definitely purchase from again.
