Item was not packaged well, part got bent during shipping. Also got the wrong part (was for a different laptop model), shipped it back for a refund, which to their credit I did receive. Seller never responded to any of my messages, and I waited nearly 2 weeks for a response, and nothing. I’d be weary of what you order from these guys.

Item took almost a month to arrive since I placed an order for it, and its seller seems to tend to respond to PMs late or not at all. Item even arrived past the initial return window of May 17th. Return address in California also does not match seller's supposed location of Florida. Considered returning item since I ordered something similar while waiting, but will keep it after all. I'd only buy from this seller as a last resort.

In reality, item was shipped from China, arrived into the U.S. via New York, and was in transit 9 days. The provided USPS track only covered the item from its entry point into the U.S. via Jamaica, NY (JFK). Prior to that, I located a track via Yun Express with Mainland China as the point of origin.
I also contacted Ebay Customer Support twice to report the discrepancy with the point of origin reported in the listing.
