  Cage came damaged but Seller compensated for damages after I sent pics. Seller was timely in responding to messages. Cage quality is commensurate with price. Federal Express was delayed and I stayed home several days to sign for package. I can't ding Seller for FedX Delays. Requiring signature was a hassle.

  Everything looks good! Still putting it together but my mice are going to love getting an upgrade to their new 3 floor condo! The entry way to the gerbil ball may leave too much of a gap for the little guys, but seller even said in description not for all types of mice. Anyway, bar spacing is tight enough. The biggest cage with most features i could find for the price. Seller was quick to answer my questions before purchase. Shipped quick and came in a sturdy box, arrived in perfect condition.
