  Sent email straight away when opened, they denied selling the item asked for photo of item and packing with label and code which I done, then said it must be Amazon pact wrong item, should checked first before being rude

  Hi. We were not rude, but yes we did ask for the picture of the item as we do not sell that item(ceiling light bulbs as you can see in out store ). As the package was packed and delivered fulfilled by Amazon, from our Amazon fulfilment we needed to know how Amazon can pack a product that we dont sell and deliver it. We refunded after confirmation of the item. It is standard process to verify package deliveries to avoid future errors. Apologies if this seemed rude to you
