  Third time ordering, shipping took a little longer than the other two times, and unfortunately when the packaged arrived I was one item short. I understand with a high volume business issues do arise, what keeps me continue to be a customer is their customer service. I messaged them and put in a request for a refund at 6pm and the next day I was issued a refund and a message apologizing for their shortcomings. Items came in new and sealed condition, price was a great value and package well.
