  Received item that was not as described length wise. 50mm short not a 1m length as ordered , arrived well packed on time , good comms with supplier wanted photos etc for proof but needed cable for a job so no refund etc. price wise ordered same cable from another supplier for half the price will not be using these guys again .

  A perfect like for like replacement for a broken light fitting. The only one I could find anywhere on the internet, and at a good price. Good communication from the vendor, and prompt delivery, earlier than I was expecting. The only slight concern was that the item came in a very large box with masses of packaging - not too good for the environment! On the other hand, there was absolutely no risk of damage.
