  We1st gave a discount from their low offer,then buyer claimed 2 blades(plastic) were bent(xtras in box) and 1 remote screw was missing,they wanted a full refund,we obliged,they wanted a shpg label despite listing saying otherwise,then they offered 50% discount to keep it,again we obliged w/ebay involved,they then said it wasn't enough and declined their own offer(p.s.in court that's a contract) they then opened up a claim w/ebay,we filed 5 reports w/ebay,buyer closed claim after ebay contact
