When I saw this domed trunk that I thought was a doll trunk. And somehow I bought it. When I realized my mistake I contacted the seller and in his very polished writing he said that it had already shipped. 🙄 Okay, except it had not. Five days after ordering, the customer claimed they “clicked the wrong button”. I offered to refund the customer, pending return of the item. The customer refused to return the item, admitted to buyers remorse, but changed their mind saying it was “a beautiful trunk”. The item was in an appropriate box, but had been lost in shipping, so had arrived late with wear. A refund was offered all times.
