  Arrived in an envelope??? The purse was folded up. FOLDED. A Dooney and Bourke bag advertised in MINT condition. I had to work to get it on folded and stuff it with items to try to reshape it. I was charged almost $17 for shipping from FL to CO. This was a huge overcharge, especially since the item appeared in an envelope and in terrible condition from the shipping process. The purse was not protected. I spent a total of $176 for this bag - will not buy from this shop again.
