  they sent me a plastic model instead of the metal advertised in listing, I tried to work with them and waited weeks as they said metal ones would be in soon and they would make it right. never happened. and took days to hear back from them when emailing.   SCAM! SCAM! Buyer Beware! You order an Item that they know does work. You try to send it back and they give you an address in China so that it will cost you more to send it back than the item is worth. ($300 shipping) I tried and tried to get there US address but they would not comply. I took this phone to the ATT store, and they told me it will not work anywhere in the US, nowhere in the description does it say this
