    The post office lost your item, so I gave you a full refund and opened an insurance claim. Once it was found (even though I gave you a full refund) I had them go ahead and deliver it to you oppose to sending it back to me. So, you got the item and got a full refund and you're still leaving me natural? You do understand feedback is for the things in my control. Once it leaves my hands (per eBay policies) I'm not held liable for the shipping time. But I still went above what was required of me
