  Item exactly as described. It doesnt come with the charger for the outlet which it states. This battery jump starter is awesome! I have a 2004 BMW X3 and something is draining my battery. If I miss a day of driving I have to jump start it. It started my car 1 shot. I have used it 3x so far without needing to charge the jumper. I would recommend this to anyone as a safety guard to have I'm their vehicle. Great seller. A+++. Would do business again anytime.
