  They arrived on time but not the right size. The ad said that the boots were men's size 11, but I could not begin to put them on and I were a mens size 11. I believe they were mislabeled and were actually womens size 11 (equivalent to a mens size 9). The seller gave me a refund on the cost of purchase of the boots, but I lost $8.80 on return shipping, and I still didn't get the boots that I thought I bargained for based on seller's description mistake. Can't count this as a positive experience.
