Communication with the seller was professional, detailed and prompt. Was a good outcome in the end and keeping bag with partial refund.   I ended up returning the item due to being smaller than anticipated. Seller was very easy to work with, items was quickly shipped, packaged well and photos showed condition perfectly. would buy from them again. Ship cost was high, but seller worked to bundle with another item to assist with cost, which was much appreciated
