My most favorite is the hair color box looks new and is not worn and torn on the ends of the box. The hair color box is still in the plastic covering.     Very bad experience with this seller! I didn’t received the items, the seller always blamedctye USPS, didn’t take the responsability only when I told them I will report to ebay and get the refubd afyer alomost 2 weeks! They promised to deliver in 2-4 days! Very upsetting, emails, waist of time and money!

    We shipped your order on time, and USPS caused the delay. We explained this several times and kindly asked you to request a refund through eBay, in case the item arrives later. We processed the refund immediately once requested. While we’re sorry for the inconvenience, this was beyond our control. Also, your comment about our attitude seems unfair, and strong language from a misunderstanding was hurtful.
