It was sent USPS. Seller did file a missing package request with USPS. Seller did respond to all of my inquiries except for the last one when I asked for a refund. All other correspondence he kept saying it take a long time to resolve a missing package. I can only assume he was aware of EBay’s policy after 30 days has elapsed they will not intervene.
