    These bells are said to be rare as they were one of the first melted plastic popcorn chips that were sold. You can tell they look like one of the first because the company had not perfected making them yet. It is not as vibrant as the photo and was very expensive. I was expecting the bells to look more like the picture. They were packaged well and came undamaged.
