  I received the item which was used as described and upon inspection discovered some obscure damage to the item. I contacted the seller and informed him of the damage with pictures attached. He immediatelly responded back apoligizing and offering a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement. Receiving the replacement, I did a visual inspection, installed the item and found it in good working order. I appreciate the quick response and integrity of this seller and will use him again.
