  The wrong item was delivered but the seller was apologetic and offered an immediate refund. Good communication. Despite my disappointment over the wrong item, I would give the seller another chance due to the good and fast communication, apology, and prompt refund. Everyone errors at times and I don't think one honest mistake should result in the loss of total business. It's only a CD, not the end of the world. I would the recommend seller to others.   I asked a ? abt. captions and rec'd an immediate reply which was great bc now some vendors don't have time to check & a DVD is no good for me without it. I ordered...again in no time I had my tracking info. Didn't really need it bc I had my order within a couple days. When opened the 1st thing I saw was how clean the case was, not a scratch! Some vendors DVDs look like they have been dumpster diving! The disc was shining and not a scratch! I appreciate this! Thank you for great customer service!
