  spent $76 on a stereo that was advertised as compatible with my 2015 Prius to use Apple CarPlay. What I received was completely incompatible. It kept asking for a code, and it was missing a cable needed to connect the backup camera which didn’t work either. The seller messaged me asking not to open a return through eBay. They said they’d send me a return label directly and that it would be faster. Then they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. Had to fight this w eBay to get my money back.

  The seller had great communication, even though English is not his primary language. The module arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was well packaged and an easy install thanks to the care they took with it. The quality is top notch and is a great price for the part received. The connectors looked new and unused and the unit was thoroughly cleaned and painted to look the same as a new module would look.
