  I ordered this item 0n 2/16 with a delivery date of 2/20 - 2/24. I noticed the shipping didn't appear to be what was agreed upon. When I confronted the seller, I was told there was bad weather and I should order closer to home next time. I never got the package. I asked for a refund and was Ignored. ebay said I had to wait 5 days to give the seller time to respond which they did not. Thankfully on 2/28 ebay intervened and gave me a refund. In 14 years on ebay, this is by far the worst experience
