We flip homes and use home improvement products a lot. Therefore, we buy home improvement products in Bulk, from prime brands (mainly Signature Hardware), from their overstock, customer return and open box inventory. Some we use in our rehabbing business; some we offer to our colleagues in the industry through this page. This store is to allow rehabbers and DYI people to buy affordable materials to improve/rehab homes without having to pay retail price. Typically, you will get new/open box products at half the retail price or less from us. Some products sell even for 20% of the retail price.

    The plastic came fast and when I received it where the water comes out on the faucet was bent real bad so I asked if I could have a return with the full refund which he or she give me a full refund and they were great to work with about the problem so I would still recommend them. It was just something that went wrong fast. It was packed in the package responded right away to my pictures showing him where it was bent, and I would still recommend him.
