  Both controllers for the ps5 came in pristine condition almost if it came out the box brand new, very well package it was even double package, very good seller I would 100% recommend this seller if you are looking to buy stuff.   The seller shipped out the package within a day of purchase and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, and out of the seller's hands, UPS treated the package roughly and a majority of the items arrived damaged beyond repair. I was sad about it but blamed the shipping company. The seller was able to issue me a refund right after I got in contact with them and was gracious.

  Buyer beware, I bought a new printer in open box and the description said includes original accessories but was missing the print head and print cartridges. I gave the seller 96hrs to contact me to make things right and they chose not to respond. I filed a dispute with PayPal and received a refund. Also buyer beware even though this was the sellers fault I was required to pay the shipping to send the printer back, for this reason I recommend to try and buy from other places before using eBay.

  I purchased this item & later found out it is not compatible with my E310. I messaged seller but for some unknown reason messaged was not delivered. Seller was very fast at shipping that seller dropped item 1st thing In the morning and tracking number was provided. I contacted seller,informed seller about my request to cancel. Seller went back to retrieve item from being shipped and refunded. I am really impressed & apologize to seller for any inconveniences caused. Reason I am giving a 5 star
