I bought a 8sq foot hide and received a piece 2.5ft by 3.5ft. Contacted seller and they refused to provide me with extra material or a refund for the missing material. It also looked like the piece I was send was an off cut. Maths was always my least favourite subject at school but I'm confident the sizes he say's he received (3.5 x 2.5ft) equals 8.75ft. Notwithstanding this, I offered to either send him a second hide FREE of CHARGE if he was happy to pay the postage cost or fully refund if he returned it. Buyer refused both options and expected a 50% partial refund. I'd rather received negative feedback than to give in to unreasonable people.

To make things worse, when I contacted the seller I thought they addressed the problem by issuing a refund. Initially could see the funds were pending to be refunded, then I check again two days later and the refund has disappeared. Very untrustworthy seller. Be warned!
